Knowing who tour targeted potential customer is is the most important part of your campaign. If you do not know who you are marketing to how can you give them what they desire. Many times this step is cut short in research or totally left out, but don’t fall into this mistake.
To have a successful campaign in any niche you have choosen , it does not matter what it is if you are shootinh in the dark relying on pure luck that you are marketing to the right audience, you have little chance to be successful. So spend the time on customer research before you start your campaign. This is the only way you will know what your targeted prospects are and , their problems are and what service or product you need to furnish them to make their lives easier.
Your potential customers and your customers are the most important people in your business world. You must make every effort to know them better than anyone else . They are the people who are going to provide the means that will give you the ideal life style you want.
what do you need to learn about your targeted potential customer.
1. Their demographics ( age, sex, education, occupation, income, marital status, children, where they live)
2Psychographics ( hobbies, lifestyle, their values , purchase behavior, )
3. what their biggest frustrations are
4. The words they use when talking about their neich and how they express themselves
5. The subjects of discussion that they get the most excited about
6. what their likes and dislikes are and what they beleave they need in their niche that would make their lives better.
