Reflection
In Pt 1 of niche research we discussed some of the tools for to use for your research, before we continue lets look at something else and talk a little about profitable niches. Most entrepreneurs just starting out spend a lot of time trying to see how the successful marketers were able to find the niches that are profitable. The truth is you can make money in any niche you choose. profitable niches are created not found and chasing all the new ebooks, training courses and tools that come out will not help you find a profitable niche. Don’t get me wrong a lot of the latest tools, training and ebooks are useful and will make your work easier but you must do the work and create your profitable niche first. It just requires a little effort , well i want miss lead you it takes a lot of effort especially at first but it gets easier once you get the hang of it.
Creating a niche
Opportunities for profitable niches are all around us , but you must look for then by listening to others. Once you decide the market that interest you most visit a few forums that are relative to the market you have chosen. See what the members are talking about, what problems they are having and the questions they ask. Remember to take notes so you can keep up with all your information. Q & A sites like yahoo answers are also a good source of information, just search for the questions in your niche. After you have gathered some facts look it over and see what the biggest problem most often talked about. Doing some research , see if you can provide a solution to the problem . Then you can market your solution to that targeted market.
That is what a profitable niche is , providing solutions that make other people’s lives easier. This is how you become successful.
In the next part we will talk about knowing your potential customer.
